So some of you asked about the outfit I was wearing in the Smellcome to Manhood post. Well of course I wouldn't leave that out! Here it is! The outfit was worn for the Oscars, and because I was wearing old spice, I kind of used that to pull inspiration by wearing the bold red shirt. Sometimes I like wearing three piece suits, but for a clean look without being to formal, I often leave out the tie, unbutton the top collar button and leave it as a two piece suit.

Suitable for:
Fancy events. Cocktail parties. Dinner dates. Art shows. Meeting the parents. Someone who needs to looks sophisticated easily.

Not Suitable for:
Business Meetings (well you can, but I don't recommend the bold red, maybe a more business color like a baby blue or a white dress shirt). Going to jail (wearing skinny pants to jail is honestly just asking for it). Casual days/hangouts. Hiking. Eating Carl's JR (try it and lmk how it goes). Beach days.

So yesterday night I got the pleasure of styling a mannequin for Madison LA Men's department for the launch party. This is the outfit I wore to the party! Just a clean semi casual outfit for a summer night out. Here are a couple pictures from last night!

This is an extremely late post, my hair did not grow out that fast. This shoot was for foundry magazine earlier this year, collaboration of the great Melly Lee and Jenny Ong of Neonblush. Thank you to everyone who participated to make this work!!!

Also another great thanks to the company who sent me this suit, Black Lapel. I've emphasized this multiple times but when it comes to picking an outfit or even a piece of clothing, what matters most to me is FIT. The fit of anything makes the outfit. NYFW outfit day 3: Smooth Criminal

This photoshoot has got to be one of the more awkward outfit shoots I've done. First of just to set the mood, here is a quick story. Imagine you're coming home from work, you've had a rough day, all you wanna do is pump some iron and listen to your favorite backstreet boy album. So you get to the gym, it's a nice day, some cute chicks are working out near you, you've got your sexy muscle shirt on, you've got Nick Carter serenading you via walkman, and you're ready to pump some iron. Halfway through your third bicep curl, two dudes fully dressed up decides to take some pictures in the window behind you. Well, if this dude is you, then sorry I bothered you bro.
 
So awkward taking outfit posts while a bunch of people are working out, but I guess thus is the life of a blogger. I couldn't help it, I loved this window. The Dream Downtown Hotel just has so many beautiful areas to shoot in! Maybe I'll do a different shoot later or if you guys want I'll do a hotel tour on video or something. IF YOU WANT THAT/VLOG, lmk and I'll do it if enough people want it.

Aside from that, this suit top was gifted to me from Black Lapel, which is a suit tailor/personal suit company. A company I PERSONALLY LOVE. They're so great to work with, amazing customer service and the suit is tailored to a TEE. It fits great and if you've been keeping up with my blog, you'd know that FIT is the one thing that I stress the most.
