In honor of Veteran's day yesterday, I decided to do a camo themed look. This backpack itself has actually seen the field, worn here as a casual rucksack. The backpack belongs to a USMC friend of mine, God bless those who serve/served our country :]

ANYWAYS, there are times when I wished I could just blend into the background....but then I think about it and I realize, no way! Cause I'm a peacock, I needa be seen! Y'ALL THOUGHT THIS POST WAS GONNA BE EMO, PSYCHHHHH. I do wish I could go invisible though, it'd be fun. But sadly I can't so....the best I can do is wear camo! Let me know your thoughts!

This jacket is gonna be on the blog for a good loooong time. Totally in love with it. Thanks so much Scotts Menswear for it. Perfectly just in time for the cold Californian chill! And I know some of you are thinking, wait, CA gets a chill? The answer is, no. We don't really. Which is kinda perfect that this jacket is the way it is. It's thin, lightweight, yet warm enough to keep you nice and cozy without suffocating you.

SWEATER WEA-no. Stop. If I see/hear any more people sayin sweater weather, I'm gonna knock somebody's lights out. We get it. YOU CAN WEAR SWEATERS NOW. Tbh, you could've worn sweaters ALL YEAR ROUND. Now that I got all that out of the way, let me tell you about this awesome cable knit that I found at the thrift store! I'm a huuge, HUGE fan of cable knits, sadly for me, most cable knits irritate my skin, idk why. Woe is me, but luckily for me, this one was not an irritable one. So wearin this bad boy errrrday till Christmas! (not really)

Now that Fall is officially here, everyone's pulling out their boots and hoodies (including me). It's funny how in Southern California, we will literally take any chance to dress warm, like ANY chance. "weather forecasts predicts a low of 70, it's time for my uggs to come out of hibernation". Like seriously though. Can't blame us, when you're stuck with this desert heat all year round, any hint of winter and we'll pull out everything we got. YA NEVER KNOW WHEN IT'S GONNA BE BELOW 80 AGAIN!

So guys, I have something very exciting to tell you! The project I worked on....two months ago?..well w/e, anyways, it's finally out! Simplicity is key. <--That's always been my motto since the beginning of time (Idk why I put an arrow, I'm sure people would've gotten it regardless). But really, when it comes to dressing up, or down, simplicity is key. Less is more. Let me know what your outfit mojo/motto is when it comes to picking what to wear.

Loving this jacket from Marc Jacobs pulled from the Madison Men's LA store. I've been having such a strange fascination with coated jackets and/or wind breakers. I just really like the light aesthetic, let me know what you guys think though!
