Day 1 LAZR

Day 1 of LAZR tradeshow. I must say, I've never once covered a trade show before, it was definitely something different. Then again, I'm only used to going to anime conventions, not really clothing conventions, but let's talk about my social status later. Anyways, here is a sneak peek of my outfit, coming up later this week.

I hear a calling

Hey guys! Just wanted to post up a quick outfit post before I head off to LAZR. What a cool show name right? LAZR. lols sounds like I'm going to a trekkie convention, but that's besides my point. ANYWAYS, I wanted to post up a quick outfit for summer before it's over.

OD green military jacket

Lately I've had some pretty crazy obsessions, my latest, military inspired fashion. Just the other day I was lugging around an AR-15 on my back, it's the latest in chic accessories. Not really......Please, PLEASE do NOT carry around heavy firearms in public, or if you do, don't...mention my blog...ANYWHOO, I really have been inspired by military type fashion, such as this lovely OD green outer jacket. Sure, it's 110 degrees Fahrenheit out right now, but there's always an appropriate occasion for a nice thick military jacket here and there. And what better to pair this heat trap jacket with other than a nice long sleeve from american apparel. But really though, I suppose this is more of a Fall inspired look as opposed to Summer one. In my defense, it was a rather windy day out when I took this look.

Guidomaggi Boots

Photos by: Bethany Struble                        Shirt by: Rhythm Livin                   Pants by: Kasil Workshop                             Shoes by: Guidomaggi

I wish I was little bit taller, I wish I was a baller, I wish---wait, I can be a little bit taller, and I can be a baller, well actually no, basketball is a lost cause for me. But I really can be a little bit taller, with these amazing shoes. I wish I didn't have to tell people about these shoes, so that I can be the only guy with a height boost, but alas, I must spread the good news.
These amazing boots were sent to me from Emanuele Briganti, Guidomaggi.it. They're an italian online shoe boutique that sells these amazing leather shoes. I picked out these shoes expecting just another pair of leather boots to add to my collection, little did I know that these beautiful, not to mention comfortable, babies also gave me a fair height advantage! Now, when you go on a date with a girl who likes to wear 20 inch heels, you can level the playing field ;] yadadamean? Anyways, give their website a look-see, http://www.guidomaggi.it/

So Give Me Something to Believe

Photos by: Bethany Struble                           Sweater: Armani Exchange                         Shoes: Very.com

Summer's slowly starting to falter, which may be a good thing or a bad thing for some people. I personally love it. Long sleeves, layers, and scarves, all are the benefits of cool summer nights. This sweater especially; because of it's thin nature, it keeps me warm when it's cold and cool when it's hot. Don't you just love win-win situations? lol well tell me ALL about it in the comments about how you love win win situations, or tell me that you love camo print, CAUSE I SURE DO. You just wait, next year they'll be saying, "Camo print was SO last year". It's the new meta.
