Darker Days

The cold weather is slowly creeping in and I am loving it. As a minimalist, there is little I can enjoy when it comes to styling in the summer. I mean there is only so many combinations of a shirt and shorts that one can create. Fall coming in means, more layers, more combinations, and multiple possibilities. What are you favorite seasons to style?

Southern Chill

Now that Fall is officially here, everyone's pulling out their boots and hoodies (including me). It's funny how in Southern California, we will literally take any chance to dress warm, like ANY chance. "weather forecasts predicts a low of 70, it's time for my uggs to come out of hibernation". Like seriously though. Can't blame us, when you're stuck with this desert heat all year round, any hint of winter and we'll pull out everything we got. YA NEVER KNOW WHEN IT'S GONNA BE BELOW 80 AGAIN!

So if you peeps follow my Instagram (If you don't, then do follow, I post really awesome things..like pictures of food, not really tho, just check it out), then you would know that I have spent the past 3 days in Mexico! For what you say? For Bethany's birthday! It amazing what 30 miles south of the border looks like, literally a scenery change right past the border. So of course we couldn't help but snap a couple of pictures.

This outfit seems really hot, and believe you me, it can be. Luckily I was right by the beach at the current time and the ocean breeze kept me nice and chill. The combination of charcoal denim and browns really help you blend into the background when you don't want your clothes to poke anyone's eyes out. Yet the peeking details still lets others know that you're not messing around when it comes to style ;]

Photo diary of Mexico coming up soon!
