Greetings! It has been RIDICULOUSLY hot lately in socal, but luckily for me, today the clouds came out to say hi. So I took that as a sign from Heaven that I should shoot a look with my awesome new Criminal Damage sweater (thanks Karmaloop!) I know it's summer, but as you can probably tell, I can't wait for fall to get here. Fall colors/clothes = love.

Welcome to Summer! In Southern California, that means...BEACH time! Now just because your older brother has an awesome six pack and never wears a shirt at the beach, doesn't mean YOU can't style up to compensate for your lack of abs. Here is a quick tip for beach weather that won't dampen your style; wear pants that are a bit loose and roll them up or wear ankle free pants. Shorts are also an obvious choice too at the beach. Anything that'll let you splash around with ease. So go out and explore with style!

The breeze is starting to pick up, you know what that means!...PARA SAILING TIME! no jk. I wish I go para sailing, but alas, I am just a boring old blogger. But I sure can take advantage of this cold chill by wearing layers! It's been a long long time since I've worn this scarf, and I sure am glad to be wearing it again. I just can't wait, the days seem to be breezing by (pun very intended). Soon September will come, then October, then Halloween, then the holidays! I can't wait. I'm thinking of doing another art giveaway, let me know what you guys think!

whoaaaaa, can't believe I tagged EVERYTHING that I wore. Usually I don't do that, so that's a kudos to me. Well that was totally off topic lol. Anywhoooo, Fall is starting to creep in, which I am actually excited about. Jackets, layers, hmmmm all that good stuff ya'dig? Here is one of my Fall inspired outfits, of course with one of my favorite pieces, a denim jacket. A denim jacket of some sort is a must have in all closets this fall, MUST HAVE. Though....I technically don't, HAVE it. It's my roomate, Joon's jacket, but he wasn't in town so I TOOK IT! No jk, I borrowed it. In fact, I also borrowed the shoes from my other roomate, Manny. (He also cuts my hair if any of you want to know how I get my hair cut, contact him)

Also unrelated to the topic, sorry for my previous blog update. I can see how it may confuse you all. I've been getting ask messages on my tumblr saying, "ARE YOU AND BETHANY BROKEN UP!?!?!?!!?!" Well to answer that question, NO.

It's the end of the road as we know it

Breaking up sucks, why? Because knowing that you can never see that person in the same light again just blows. Well, when a store closes down, it's that same feeling. No more of your favorite fit, your favorite style. You lose that sense of security with online shopping. "How will I know if this shirt will fit me right?" HOW CAN YOU EVER LEARN TO TRUST AGAIN? Oh the agony. Just recently, I saw that all the Lamb and Flag stores are pulling out from the malls..ALL of them. It just broke my heart. Especially because I really loved their clothes and style. Life sucks sometimes, just gotta roll with the punches. On the bright side, here is a video compilation of what went on at the LAZR tradeshow a week or two ago, enjoy!

I've made a mistake

You know you're a 90s kid if you had one of these watches growing up. I know I did, and it was the coolest thing in the world. This thing told you the time, date, AND day. AND it had a stop watch/timer, an alarm clock, and you could take it into the kiddie pool with you. So when I saw one of these watches at walmart, I had to get it. Nostalgia is my favorites accessory. Anyways, kasil kindly sent me these beautiful pants a while back, along with my green pants as well, and pacsun also sent me one of the coolest packages I've ever gotten. Inside of that box was a bunch of clothes, one of them being this shirt, which has grown to be one of my new favorites pieces this coming Fall. Enjoy!
