People often criticize me for not taking pride in the indonesian race/culture. Though I am not indonesian, I do take pride in the country due to the fact that I was born and raised there. So when Yoshi and I worked on a music video set and we found out that the singer herself was an Indonesian born chinese, we were ecstatic! It was also just such a blast to work on set as a dancer again, and Yoshi as an acrobat; Bethany and her sister also came along as dancers. After making new friends on the set with the teen star and a couple of others, we all decided to do a gathering a week or so after, and this little chinatown trip was the result of all that planning. A bunch of asians in chinatown, I'd say that's pretty typical. That following night however was the 2nd annual valentine's dinner that my brother, Yoshi, and his girlfriend usually hold the weekend before valentine's day; I must say, both years, they did not fail to deliver. I'm a small town guy, with small town tastes; I'll take a good old fashioned get together with close friends and good vibes over a party in beverly hills any day, just the warmth shared by close friends on a cold night is unmatched. Also dare I say, this Valentine's day, love is in the air, so take a deep breath and enjoy life as it comes.

SoCal weather is extremely strange. We had about one week of "winter" before the weather started getting really hot again. Sometimes I wish I can experience a real winter, then I think about all the fun in the sun I'll be missing out on. I love my SoCal winters. Slow-mo Free Running

Hey guys, Yoshi here, just wanted to share with you all a new video that I was recently a part of. This video was a ton of fun to shoot, and am so excited about it. So much so that I wanted to share this with you. I didn't think it was going to go as big as it has, it is recently on the CBS website, link here. I wanted to bring up an important topic, glasses. Why do they matter? Many times I'll see people wearing prescription glasses and when I ask them why they got that specific frame, they don't know, they didn't really care, they just needed glasses. What the foolishness... Blasphemy!!! Glasses can essentially be one of the more important aspects of an outfit. It may complete the outfit, or it may ruin it. In my case, it did a little of both..no JK, I hope you don't feel that way either.. lols fail joke. But really, glasses can be so important when trying to portray a certain look, i.e. do not wear club masters with an urban grudge outfit; do not wear lennon frames with hip hop attire; do not wear wayfarers with...uhh well actually wayfarers go with pretty much everything. Well you get the point. 

Lesson of the day: Next time you decide to pick out glasses, take your time, pick one that frames your face correctly and corresponds best with the look you're trying to go for. Don't just get the rectangle frames just because they were cool in middle school.

Zach and Sam: Worn Out Shoes

A couple of years back I found these boots for a mere five dollars. They were beat up old military shoes that no one had wanted anymore. They were worn, dirt stains had decorated these old veterans, scuffs covered them, but somehow they had such an allure. Now I look back...I could have used that money for McDonald's french fries. Oh well, no use crying over spilled milk. Leave a Comment!
